Return Policy

Warranty Policy (1 Week Warranty)

• We offer a 1-week warranty on all electronic components purchased from Royal SMD.
• Warranty terms:
• Warranty is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
• Components must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
• Burnt, physically damaged, soldered, or tampered components are not covered under warranty.
• SMD components must not be reworked, heated, or mounted; such parts cannot be claimed.
• Diagnosis time may take 24–48 hours after receiving the part.
• Warranty void if:
• Product shows signs of misuse or wrong connections.
• Product is used in testing without proper precautions (over voltage, reverse polarity, overheating etc.).
• Batch number, label, or packaging is missing.

⁠Refund & Return Policy

• Refund will be approved only if the product matches the original batch code provided at the time of sale.
• Return terms:
• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packing.
• Batch code, label, and sticker must be intact.
• Any mismatch in batch code will result in no refund.
• Return must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Not eligible for refund:
• Used components
• Soldered or heat-damaged parts
• Burnt ICs, MOSFETs, or semiconductor failures due to wrong usage
• Parts without original batch/lot number

Replacement Policy

• If the part is found defective within warranty, we provide:
• Replacement, if stock is available
• Or store credit, if replacement is not available
• No cash refund is provided for warranty claims.
